By accessing or using our services, including astrology readings, consultations, courses, and digital products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our services.

 

1. Services Provided

 

Astro Evolve offers astrology-based services, including but not limited to:

• Personal Astrology Readings – Birth chart analysis, transit readings, and purpose-based consultations.

• Educational Content – Courses, workshops, webinars, and digital PD books focused on astrology and personal growth.

• Coaching & Mentorship – One-on-one and group coaching designed to help individuals align with their soul’s purpose through astrological insights.

• Digital Products – PDF guides, audio files, video lessons, and other astrology-based educational materials.

 

All services are for informational, self-development, and entertainment purposes only. Astro Evolve does not provide professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

 

2. Booking and Payment

• Accurate Information: Clients must provide accurate personal information when booking services to ensure correct astrological interpretations.

• Payment Process: Payments for services must be made at the time of booking using the available payment methods listed on our website. Booking is not confirmed until payment is received.

• Currency: All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and may be subject to change without prior notice. International clients are responsible for any exchange rate differences or additional fees.

 

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Appointments:

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment to receive a full refund.

• Same-day appointments must be canceled at least 2 hours prior to the start time to qualify for a refund.

• Missed appointments or late cancellations will not be refunded.

• Courses and Digital Products:

• Refunds are issued only if the product is defective or not as advertised.

• If a product does not meet the description provided, a full refund will be issued upon verification.

• Downloadable or viewable content (e.g., PDFs, videos) cannot be refunded once accessed or downloaded.

 

4. Privacy and Confidentiality

• All personal information shared during consultations or through our services will be treated with strict confidentiality.

• Astro Evolve does not sell or share personal data with third parties without client consent, except when required by law.

• Data collected (name, birth date, email) is used strictly to provide accurate services and for internal record-keeping.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

• Interpretations and Insights: Astro Evolve provides astrology-based guidance, but outcomes are not guaranteed. All information is open to interpretation and may vary between clients.

• Personal Responsibility: Clients are solely responsible for decisions made following readings, consultations, or courses. Astro Evolve is not liable for any personal, professional, or financial decisions resulting from services rendered.

• Third-Party Platforms: Astro Evolve is not responsible for technical issues or data breaches occurring through third-party platforms used to deliver services (e.g., Zoom, Stripe, etc.).

 

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, including but not limited to text, images, videos, course materials, designs, and digital products, is the intellectual property of Astro Evolve.

• By purchasing digital products, clients receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only. Redistribution, copying, or reselling of materials is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

• Unauthorized reproduction of Astro Evolve materials may result in legal action.

 

7. Code of Conduct

• Clients agree to engage with Astro Evolve staff, community members, and services in a respectful and professional manner.

• Disrespectful, abusive, discriminatory, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate termination of services without a refund.

• Astro Evolve reserves the right to remove participants from courses, communities, or live sessions if conduct violates these terms.

 

8. Indemnification

 

Clients agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Astro Evolve, its affiliates, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Misuse of services.

• Breach of these Terms of Service.

• Actions taken based on insights or recommendations from Astro Evolve.

 

9. Termination of Services

 

Astro Evolve reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to services if:

• A client violates these Terms of Service.

• Behavior disrupts the experience of others in a class or consultation.

• Payment disputes or fraudulent activity occur.

 

Terminated services due to misconduct will not qualify for refunds.

 

10. Force Majeure

 

Astro Evolve is not liable for failure or delays in fulfilling obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, etc.).

• Strikes, labor disputes, or governmental restrictions.

• Pandemics or public health crises.

• Power or internet outages, system failures, or third-party service disruptions.

 

11. Dispute Resolution

• Clients agree to attempt to resolve any disputes through negotiation or mediation before pursuing formal legal action.

• Mediation or arbitration will take place in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.

• If disputes cannot be resolved through mediation, they will be settled through litigation in Nevada courts.
